Welcome back Dear friends....  As per the direction from the university a Two-day Workshop for English optional Teacher Educators is scheduled on 6th and 7th of June 2014 at Karmala Rani Training College, Kollam.   Rev. Fr. Joseph John, Principal-in-charge and Convener of the workshop has already sent a letter in this regard to all the Colleges of Teacher Education having English optional subject. Dr. C Praveen will be the chief Resource Person and guide. Thanks to both of them for the tremendous effort they take. Workshop on Models of Teaching in English                 Based on the suggestion made in the last meeting of KUETEF on 1 st February at S N College, Nedunganda, it is decided to conduct a workshop on Models of Teaching at N S S Training College, Pandalam on Monday, 24 th February 2014. Focus of the workshop will be demonstration classes on the 5 models of teaching suggested in the revised curriculum.                                        Experienced members of KUETEF have volunteered to handle classes. The first meeting of the KUETEF members in the year 2014 was held in SN Training College Nedunganda, Varkala on Saturday 1 st of this month. 20 teacher educators attended the meeting which commenced at 10.30. Dr. Reetha Ravi, Senior Faculty of SN college was cordial in welcoming all the members and making all the necessary arrangements. An informal interaction followed, making suggestions in modifying the Lesson Plan keeping in line with the recommendations in the new Curriculum.
